1General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Betlike platform and all its services. Creating an account, logging in, or using any service on Betlike means you have accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please refrain from using our platform.

Betlike is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. The platform offers Sports Betting, Live Casino, fish games, and a range of other gaming services. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services on the platform.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

3Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Betlike:

Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted only once a confirmation is received from the system. If no confirmation is received due to a technical issue, the bet may be considered void.

Odds Changes

If odds change after a bet is placed, the original odds remain valid for confirmed bets. For live betting, the odds at the time of system confirmation will apply.

Bet Cancellation

If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed for an undetermined reason, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. However, if the match result has already been determined, it will be considered final.

4Payments & Withdrawals

Betlike supports deposits and withdrawals via popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

Deposit

• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• No processing fee on deposits.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 24-48 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Betlike offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met first.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 5-10 times the bonus amount.
• The bonus usage period is generally 7–30 days, depending on the specific promotion's terms.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts belonging to the same person or household is strictly prohibited.
• Betlike reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Betlike platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering using fake or another person's identity documents.
• Placing fraudulent bets to exploit the bonus or promotion system.
• Using software bots, automation tools, or any form of hacking.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets through fraudulent arrangements with other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's security systems.

7Account Suspension & Termination

Betlike reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• If suspicious activity is detected that poses a security risk.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed subject to verification; however, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, the remaining balance may not be refunded.

8Responsible Gaming

Betlike believes betting should be entertainment, not a problem. We take responsible gaming very seriously.

• Users can set their own daily or weekly deposit limits.
• You can temporarily suspend your account via Self-Exclusion whenever needed.
